 In any season, this restored Queen Anne cottage, built in 1890's by R. J. Summers for his bride, is an ideal place to stay while visiting beautiful Abingdon, Virginia.

Located at 309 E. Main Street on the eastern edge of the Historic District, the cottage is four blocks from the Virginia Creeper Trail, Barter Theatre and other attractions.

Summers Cottage is listed as a contributing structure on the National Registery of Historic Places with special note of its wooden tracery windows.
